By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase.

• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order. Order confirmations acknowledge receipt only.
• Pricing is shown in USD and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy; in case of obvious errors, we may cancel and refund.
• Taxes and shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on destination and order value.
• We accept major cards and digital wallets as indicated at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the provided method for the order total.
• Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied or combined unless stated.

4) Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free standard US shipping on orders over $150. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
• Dispatch times for non‑prescription frames are typically 1–2 business days; prescription orders require additional lab time.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery confirmation. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
• International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees, where applicable.

5) Returns & Exchanges

• Unworn frames in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Prescription lenses are custom and not refundable; if lenses are not to spec, we will remake or adjust them.
• Return shipping instructions are provided upon request. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6) Authenticity & Product Information

• All Prada eyewear we sell is sourced from authorized channels and undergoes an 8‑step authentication with a 30‑point optical QC checklist.
• Product images and colors may vary slightly due to lighting, display calibration, and batch variation.
• Measurements are approximate; tolerances are standard in the eyewear industry.
• We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Prada S.p.A. Prada and associated marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

7) Prescription Lenses

• You confirm that prescription details provided are accurate, current, and issued by a licensed eye care professional.
• High‑index options (e.g., 1.67) may be recommended for stronger prescriptions; we may contact you regarding edge thickness on transparent frames.
• Blue‑light filter, AR coatings, and tints are optional add‑ons and may alter lens hue or reflectivity.
• Fit adjustments and alignment are complimentary for the life of the eyewear. Normal wear, user damage, and prescription changes are not covered.

8) Warranty & Repairs

• Manufacturer warranty coverage (if any) applies per the brand’s terms. Proof of purchase is required.
• Our workmanship guarantee covers assembly defects on arrival; report issues within 7 days of delivery.
• Reasonable wear and tear, accidental damage, and loss are not covered.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

10) Intellectual Property

• The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and photography) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
