Processing Times

In‑stock frames (no prescription)

  • Order by 1:00 pm PT: ships same business day
  • After 1:00 pm PT or weekends/holidays: next business day

Prescription or custom lenses

  • Single‑vision clear: 2–4 business days
  • High‑index 1.67 / blue filter: 3–7 business days
  • Tinted / sun prescriptions: 5–8 business days

Signature policy

  • Signature required for orders over $400 or custom lenses
  • Signature can be waived by request; risk shifts to customer if waived
  • Delivery attempts: 3, then held at carrier location
Order edits or address changes are possible within 30 minutes of checkout during business hours. Email [email protected] with “URGENT” in the subject.
If your package shows delivered but is missing, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier trace.

Shipping FAQ

In‑stock frames without prescription ship the same business day if ordered by 1:00 pm PT. Orders placed after the cutoff, weekends, or US holidays ship the next business day. Prescription lenses require extra processing time noted above.

Yes. We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS. Expedited and overnight services may be limited to street addresses only.

We can edit or cancel within 30 minutes during business hours. After dispatch, rerouting may be possible via the carrier’s portal (fees may apply). Signature‑required orders cannot be rerouted to unsecured locations.

Contact us within 7 days of the scan event. We’ll initiate a carrier investigation and assist with a replacement or refund according to the outcome. Keep all packaging for damage inspections.

Saturday delivery is available in select ZIP codes for overnight service. Email [email protected] with your address to confirm availability.
