Easy 14‑day returns on unworn frames. Prescription lenses are re‑made or adjusted if not to spec.
Return Window
14 days from delivery for frame‑only and non‑prescription sunglasses.
Condition
Unworn, tags and films intact, original case, cloth, and packaging.
Refund Time
Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
US orders $150+ receive a free prepaid label; otherwise a flat $8 is deducted. Intl: customer‑paid.
Exchanges
Free exchanges within 14 days on in‑stock items. We ship the replacement once we receive your return.
Prescription Orders
Custom lenses are non‑refundable; we offer one free remake or adjustment if not to prescription.
What’s returnable
- Unworn Prada frames and sunglasses purchased from clearpradaglasses.com
- Accessories included with the eyewear (case, cloth) in new condition
- Gift orders (refunded to the original purchaser or issued as store credit to the recipient)
What isn’t returnable
- Frames showing wear, adjustment marks, scratches, or missing films/tags
- Custom‑cut prescription lenses (see our Lens Accuracy Guarantee below)
- Final‑sale or marked sample items
- Shipping charges, duties, or taxes from international orders
How to start a return
- Request: email [email protected] with your order number and reason, or use our chat during business hours.
- Pack: place items in original case and box with any leaflets; include the packing slip.
- Ship: use our prepaid label (US) or a trackable service (Intl). Drop off within 7 days of approval.
- Inspect & Refund: allow 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility for processing.
Lens Accuracy Guarantee (Rx orders)
We stand behind our optical work. If your custom lenses aren’t to your prescription, we’ll re‑verify, remake once at no charge, or adjust fit and PD/height as needed within 30 days of delivery. If a frame fit causes vision issues, we’ll swap the frame style of equal value and remake lenses once free.
Damaged or wrong item
If your eyewear arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and item. We’ll send an immediate replacement or issue a return label for a full refund.
International returns
International customers may return within 14 days using a tracked service at your expense. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non‑refundable; you may be able to claim duties back locally.
Exchanges & store credit
Prefer a different color or size? Request an exchange and we’ll reserve the item for 7 days. If it’s out of stock, we can issue store credit that never expires.
Holiday window
Orders placed Nov 15 – Dec 31 qualify for extended returns through Jan 15 of the following year, provided condition requirements are met.
Authenticity & QC
Every pair is authenticated and QC’d (8‑step brand authentication, 30‑point optical check). Return inspections verify serial details, recorded weight, and packaging contents.

Frequently asked questions
Refunds reflect the amount paid after discounts. If you exchange, we’ll honor the original discount on the replacement of equal or higher value.
These are custom lenses and are not refundable. If the power or PD is off, we’ll remake or adjust once at no cost within 30 days.
We can often fix this with pad arm adjustments, different nose pads, or temple tuning. If you’re within 14 days and the frame is unworn, you may return it; otherwise we’ll service fit free for life.
We process within 3–5 business days of receipt. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the credit.
No restocking fees on qualifying returns in new condition. Excess wear or missing items may incur a partial refund.
